Castille Ritter is a Las Vegas based Costume Technician, building and maintaining costumes for Le Rêve. Originally from Arizona, Castille earned her BFA in Costume Technology from The Theatre School at DePaul University. She previously worked at Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson ONE. Her credits include designing and creating environmentally conscious costumes for Honor Thy Mother, a Movement Art Is piece presented at TED Conference 2017. She also created costumes for Cirque’s 2016 One Night for One Drop, which helped raise $6.5 million for the global water-conservation campaign. She worked with Cirque du Soleil choreographer and designer JRock Nelson, making costumes for his piece in Cirque du Soleil and Nevada Ballet Theatre's A Choreographers’ Showcase 2015, which spoke out against cyber-bullying. Castille also built costumes with LED technology for acrobat/artist/choreographer Kent Caldwell’s piece in Cirque du Soleil’s Choreographers’ Showcase 2016, helping raise over $56,000 for youth dance scholarships. Outside of Cirque, Castille has created costumes for Captivation Dance Studio, the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, The Lyric Opera of Chicago, and The Arc Theatre. Her costumes have been featured in the Metropolitan Gallery of Las Vegas and the Eden Gallery.
